Training
Suicide First Aid® Training
As a licensed Suicide First Aid® Associate Tutor and a volunteer search and rescue technician, James teaches people what to notice, what to say and how to help when someone may be thinking about suicide, so that they can help that person stay safe until other help takes over.
Workplaces, charities and volunteer teams can book a course just for their own people, at their own premises or online, and individuals can join one of his open courses, which usually run online.

Expert opinion and expert witness work
When a dispute, an investigation or a regulatory review turns on whether a control environment was adequate, James offers lawyers, insurers, investors and boards an independent view. It covers governance, risk management, supervision, internal control and internal audit, in banking and financial services and beyond, from a first read of the papers to expert evidence.
